Emails can also be filed form the project mailbox provided that a project email account has been set up. They can be filed either as single document that is not linked to other correspondence e.g. if a new request from a customer was sent to the project mail address or they can be filed as reply or as forward to another correspondence file. The filing process equals the process described in the previous chapter about filing emails out of your personal mailbox; therefore it will not be presented step by step again.
