Use Templates to send Transmittals & Comments

For creating and sending transmittal slips as well as comments, PIRS offers a great feature called "Predefined Document Actions". PDAs are templates created by your project or document manager that you can use to save time. With a PDA mandatory as well as optional fields of a comment or a transmittal such as the recipient, the body text or the required response date can be preset.
