As described above, PIRS offers many different features that help customize and personalize your own user interface as well as your navigation segment. PIRS enables you to create a list of favorite projects as well as favorite folders, that allows you to select and individually display only those projects and those folders that you are involved in or that you need to access on a day to day basis. By favoring projects you are able to quickly and easily find and open projects you need to access. Within each project you can then also favor the folders you regularly work with.
As a third layer you are also able to favor documents that you are working with or that you need to access quickly for each of your projects individually.
